Welcome to the official website of the Pacifica Police Officers’ Association. The Pacifica POA is the exclusive bargaining unit for police officers, corporals, and public safety dispatchers employed by the City of Pacifica. Pacifica POA provides all labor-related services for its members, including negotiations with the City and police management, legal representation, and grievance processing.

Our primary mission is to ensure that our members are compensated appropriately and treated fairly so that they can focus on their primary mission – keeping safe those who live, work, and play in Pacifica. Pacifica POA is also proud to support numerous local community, educational, and charitable groups.
